The people of the United Kingdom call on Sir Mark Rowley, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police to reopen and fully investigate Crime Number 6029679/21, which is likely to be the greatest crime perpetrated against the public. Despite the fact we are asking the police to investigate the state that employs them, they have a duty to serve the public and we expect them to do so.
Metropolitan Police has been provided with ample evidence in 2021 and 2022 of wrongdoing by Matt Hancock and others in Government yet chose not to pursue this any further. From the Telegraph’s ‘Lockdown Files’, we know that Government lied. And, if they lied once, it is perfectly plausible to suggest they lied many times.
On behalf of everyone in the United Kingdom, we urge all police forces to now launch full investigations – the evidence against the government remains overwhelming and irrefutable.

On Monday 20th December 2021, two solicitors, Philip Hyland (PJH Law) and Lois Bayliss (Board Yorkshire Law), along with Dr Sam White (GP) and Mark Sexton (former police officer) attended Hammersmith Police Station, London to lodge a criminal complaint in relation to the Covid-19 policies and vaccines, alleging serious crimes committed by a number of UK Government ministers, civil servants and heads of news networks. Philip Hyland spent in excess of three hours detailing the complaint to the police referencing unreliable PCR testing, behavioural psychological tactics adopted by those in power causing psychiatric harm, grossly negligent use of midazolam and Remdesivir, the use of harmful non-pharmaceutical interventions, the suppression of safe and effective therapeutics, the suppression of dissenting narratives and alternative voices by mainstream media, the extensive and relentless use of propaganda, and the negligent roll out of the Covid-19 vaccines. PC Irvine of Hammersmith Police was satisfied, on a balance of probabilities, that a crime had been committed and on that basis a crime reference number was issued (6029679/21).
Four detectives were allocated to the case to begin an assessment of the information provided which included a list of witnesses willing to testify to the police (including Robert F Kennedy Jr, and Dr. Peter McCullough).
Since 20th December 2021, further evidence has been uploaded to Hammersmith Police via a secure website including additional information on the suppression of therapeutics such as ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and zinc; expert testimony from doctors and scientists across the world as to the dangers of the vaccines; evidence that the General Medical Council unlawfully used their powers to silence doctors who attempted to disclose the risks associated with the vaccines to their patients and/or to the wider public; evidence that the General Medical Council failed to take action against a television “celebrity” doctor who repeatedly told egregious and harmful lies on television about the “safe and effective” vaccines; evidence regarding a potential conflict of interest in relation to Sajid Javid; and victim support statements from the vaccine injured and the vaccine harmed – in aggregate thousands of pages of evidence was submitted.
UK Citizen (then known as UK Citizen 2021), understanding that the alleged crimes extended beyond Hammersmith to the entire nation realised that, through their regional network, they were well placed to support Phil, Lois, Sam and Mark with the criminal case. UK Citizen immediately created a victim statement template, which was made available to the people through the utilisation of UK Citizen social media platforms. The victim statement template provided those attending their local police station with assurance that they were providing the correct information when reporting the alleged crime.
It did not take long before the victims were advising UK Citizen that the police were not taking their reports seriously. Understanding that the victims are the priority UK Citizen set up a victim advice line through support@ukcitizen2021.org in accordance with the Code of Practice for Victims in England and Wales as issued by the Ministry of Justice. The rights under the Code must be delivered and upheld by police and crime commissioners and all police forces in England and Wales under the Victim Code of Conduct.
During January 2022, a series of public announcements were made by UK Citizen with the goal of raising awareness of the criminal case amongst UK citizens. One such public announcement referred to a letter sent to all Chief Constables throughout England and Wales by UK Citizen informing them of the crime lodged with Hammersmith Police and reminding them of their duty of care to victims. UK Citizen were surprised by the silence – not a single reply was received.
Undeterred, a UK Citizen specialist team that emerged from the Police Group (a group of retired and serving police officers and administrative staff, established by UK Citizen in December 2021 with over 100 years of expertise in serious organised crime) decided to carry out their own investigation into the contents of the vaccine vials. Working alongside a GP and a testing laboratory, the team were able to produce a briefing document providing preliminary findings of the contents of the vials. UK Citizen admitted the briefing document into evidence believing that Hammersmith Police would now have enough to suspend the vaccine rollout.
Instead and somewhat shockingly, Hammersmith Police announced no further action would be taken. Not one victim had been contacted directly to obtain a first-hand report. Not one whistle-blower had been contacted directly to obtain a first-hand report. Not one medical or scientific expert had been contacted directly to obtain a first-hand report.
Britain has a long standing philosophy of policing by consent. The Principles of Policing were set out in the “General Instructions” that were issued to every new police officer from 1829.
“To see and preserve public favour, not by pandering to public opinion; but by constantly demonstrating absolutely impartial service to law, in complete independence of policy, and without regard to the justice or injustice of the substance of individual laws, by ready offering of individual service and friendship to all members of the public without regard to their wealth or social standing, by ready exercise of courtesy and friendly good humour; and by ready offering of individual sacrifice in protecting and preserving life.”
The power of the police comes from the common consent of the public as opposed to the power of the state. It is the position of UK Citizen that Hammersmith Police, by failing to investigate the reported crimes, have failed to uphold the Principles of Policing and have allowed the power of the state to dictate their actions.
However, in January 2022, another team from UK Citizen attended West Yorkshire Police to report similar crimes and seek guidance to enable victims to come forward with confidence. West Yorkshire Police showed integrity and assisted by gathering evidence together and contacting victims. We continue to support them in their investigation under Crime Reference Number 13220052372.
