A reminder that the 12th session of the INB commences in Geneva, Switzerland on 4th November 2024 where negotiations on the proposed Pandemic Agreement will continue.
Whilst the INB has a mandate to continue negotiations through to the 78th World Health Assembly (WHA) in May 2025, there is a desire amongst the unelected, unaccountable and largely unknown bureaucrats of the INB to adopt the Pandemic Agreement prior to the end of this year.
If that deadline is to be met, WHO internal processes dictate that consensus on the Pandemic Agreement will have to be reached no later than 11th November 2024 (which is four (4) days prior to the end of the 12th session scheduled to end on 15th November 2024) in order for a special session of the WHA to be scheduled before Christmas. At the WHA special session, the 194 members of the WHO will vote to formally adopt the Pandemic Agreement.
As has been said many times before, the Pandemic Agreement is not about health rather, as defined by James Roguski, “it is a corrupt business deal to take money from wealthy nations and banks and all these different organisations to build out the infrastructure for big pharma around the world so that they have geographic distribution of their manufacturing for drugs and jabs.”
The Pandemic Agreement is about the transfer of wealth. If you need evidence of this then refer to Article 10 “Sustainable and geographically diversified local production” and Article 20 “Sustainable Financing” (both marked green which means “initial agreement was reached”) of the text of the Pandemic Agreement.
The Pandemic Agreement is not about lockdowns, mandated mask wearing, restrictions on travel or mandated diagnostic testing and vaccination (Article 24.2 “Secretariat”) rather it is an opportunity for those who stand to gain from pandemic profiteering to relentlessly seek out pathogens across the world for their own financial gain.
Never forget that, to date, the WHO has done no analysis of the harms caused as a consequence of their “recommended” “response” to the last “pandemic”. More diagnostic testing, more drugs and more jabs will not lead to improved heath but they will lead to more billionaires and a perpetuation of the pandemic industrial complex at the expense of the people.
Article 35, “Entry Into Force” provides that the Pandemic Agreement will come into force on the thirtieth (30th) day following the date that the sixtieth (60th) member state ratifies the agreement and deposits the same with the Secretary-General of the United Nations. For each member state that ratifies the agreement thereafter, entry into force shall be on the thirtieth day following the deposit with the UN Secretary-General.
It is important to note that the Pandemic Agreement, if adopted, is subject to the ratification process of each member state.
At the end of INB11, there were significant differences in the positions of the developed and developing member states on key elements of the Pandemic Agreement. Consequently, there is a concern that such elements will be left to be agreed, at a future date, by the Conference of the Parties (the Pandemic Agreement is structured to facilitate this – Article 21 “Conference of the Parties”). It seems that the mantra “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed” may have been abandoned in order to push through the Pandemic Agreement by the end of the year.
A further update will be provided once the 12th session of the INB has closed.
