The 76th World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland closed on 30th May 2023.
The theme? “WHO at 75: Saving lives, driving health for all”. But do the proposed pandemic treaty and the amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) really promote health or is the goal in fact something else? It is vital that we all understand the implications of the two international legal instruments currently in negotiation (for the most part in secret) and the impact they will have on all of our lives….
